I’ve compiled a list of 5 different remedies for eczema. Each of these worked differently for different people. This is intend to give you some ideas only. I would highly suggest you take this information and do your own research. Many of these ideas were emailed to me when I sent out an email survey to eczema sufferers who visited my website.
1) Bag Balm – After a bath, cover effected areas in bag balm. This is especially beneficial before bedtime, one sufferer wrote me.
2) Multiple Oatmeal bathes on a daily basis. Do this at least twice daily, in the morning and again before bed time, worked for a survey taker.
3) Olive oil over effected areas. This works great about 1 hours before bath time, submitted by an anonymous sufferer.
4) Iron and Zinc supplements. I haven’t had any success with this at all, said a suffer through email correspondence.
5) Omega 3 Fatty Acid supplement. Can be very beneficial, but I would definitely research not only the dosage, but the best time of day to take this. Taking this at the wrong time of day can be ineffective. This is something I tried, and had a fair amount of success.
You can try any of these eczema remedies and see what they do for you. I know for me, it took a combination of ideas, and remedies. Most of which I learned from a single source. You can cure this disease, don’t let anyone tell you other wise. But the absolute key is getting to the root cause and not just treating the symptoms.
