Scalp Eczema?

eczema cureA lot of people have never even heard of scalp eczema, and most of the people who have it, probably won’t even know they have scalp eczema. Symptoms for scalp eczema are difficult to see in the beginning, because they can appear to be the effects of many other conditions. In some cases it seems to be nothing more than just dandruff, while in some people it can cause blisters on the scalp and even hair loss. If you have scalp eczema, then check out these short tips on healing your scalp eczema.

Fish Oil

Studies have shown that the fatty acid Omega-3 derived from fish oil had incredible healing effects on scalp eczema, and also a couple of other conditions as well. The only con I can see about using fish oil, is it may take up to a year to start seeing marked signs of improvement. So you might as well get some now if you are suffering from scalp eczema. That way, in a couple months you won’t have to worry about it anymore. Plus Omega-3 has also been proven to be excellent for your heart.

Salads

When I say I’m not talking about a salad from a drive through, I’m talking about organic homemade salads that are high in nutrients and anti-oxidants, and low in dressing. The vitamins and minerals in a salad will keep your bodies regenerative processes running smoothly, causing your scalp eczema healing process to skyrocket!  Try to include alfalfa sprouts, as they will have the same effect as the omega fish oil. These kinds of foods will really heal your eczema, because they are high in anti-oxidants and they are natural detoxifies, so they will cleanse your skin of disgusting bacteria that causes the effects of your eczema. A side benefit of eating alfalfa sprouts is, it has anti aging properties, so it can make you look younger.

What Soap is Good For Eczema? How to Treat Dermatitis

eczema cure

When you suffer from eczema and want to get rid of it, it can be tempting to shower frequently or take a couple of baths a day. This is not the best approach as drying out the skin and stripping it’s natural oils will only aggravate the eczema condition. How should you care for you skin when it is broken out in red patches and eruptions due to dermatitis?

First of all, you should not neglect showering or bathing in order to preserve the body’s natural oil composition. However, it is best to take brief showers using warm or tepid water, rather than hot water. When you are in the shower or bath, use a soap made for sensitive skin problems. This often will state that it is dermatologist recommended. It is fine to use natural oils in the bath such as olive oil or coconut oil, but don’t add in bath oils as they may have fragrances or chemicals that can increase the rash and spread it.

Be sure to not rub the skin hard with a wash cloth and definitely refrain from using a loofah brush on the body. Gentleness is important with eczema to assist the healing process. Putting oatmeal into the bath is good for your skin and will reduce the itching from atopic, contact dermatitis, nummular eczema and other related problems. As a side note, try to gather this up as you drain the tub to not clog anything.

After the shower or bath, put on a moisturizer or use a natural oil immediately while your skin is still slightly wet. Moisturize again a second time during the day as well. Proper cleansing of the skin is important to prevent bacterial infections (especially if someone is scratching). However, keep the showers or baths brief so your skin will stay hydrated.

A Natural Way to Beat Eczema Skin Rash

eczema cure

Beating eczema naturally is possible, it’s possible, but by using the word naturally their are some natural creams that could help you with beating your eczema rash. Some creams can help you to get rid off the redness of your skin. For example the most common cream used to get your eczema rash under control is an Cortisone cream. It helps, but it’s only available on subscription of a doctor.

However their are more factors that play an important role on healing your eczema rash! A good night sleep is also very important to cure your eczema rash, or to get it under control. Once you have a good night sleep and you stop thinking about your eczema, you will be more relaxed. And therefore your immune system will work a lot better. Stress is not only bad for your immune system, but also for the digestion!

Another important thing is your eating habit, a person with a really bad eating habit will have a greater itchy feeling then a person with a healthy and varied eating habit. The variety is very important, because different kinds of vitamins are needed for a better healing process. Vitamin D, E and omega 3 that can be found in fish are a real must eat. Once you have a balanced eating habit you will feel the difference for sure.

It’s all easy said to do, but their are some guides that could really help you with what to do. I for example I never had eczema. But a close friend of my had it on his legs. If you are interested in a very good guide that really helped my friend. Then follow the link below.
