How to Find Natural Cures for Eczema

eczema cureWith so many natural treatments available for eczema, it may be hard to pick one to use. These natural treatments are very effective, because they do not irritate the skin the way some of the chemical lotions do. People who have had terrible luck trying to cure their eczema have finally found relief in natural homeopathic remedies. However some of these natural treatments may not be effective for some people, and if overused they may actually make the problem worse. A lot of people use vitamin E oil because it is very thick and it takes a long time to absorb, thereby creating a separation between your skin and possible irritants.

Some other natural cures including flax seed oil, kelp and witch hazel, because all of these have natural attributes that help the skin heal. You can find most of this stuff at a health store, if not you can always order it online and it would be cheaper that way anyway. If you’re looking for natural treatments for eczema, then it would be best to find treatments that are particularly for eczema, instead of just for skin conditions. Eczema is a unique skin condition in which the skin often breaks, leaving you susceptible to infections. It is important that you get a moisturizer that does not have any chemicals in it, because it could cause an irritation on an open rash.

Face Eczema – Incredible Homemade Remedy – Simple and Easy to Apply

eczema cureChances are you have tried every treatment known to man to get rid of the face eczema before finding this article. Well, look no further because you are about to discover an extremely effective homemade face eczema remedy that can be used by anyone. The best part is the methods that I am about to share with you are extremely simple to apply and most people have the ingredients needed at home already. Get ready to go for a treasure hunt right in your very own kitchen. Before doing so I want you to understand that face eczema isn’t a disease it’s a condition. With a little time and patients you can defeat it. With that thought in mind lets get started shall we.

Method #1 – For this method you will need a large bowel and some oatmeal. You don’t want to use the flavored oatmeal, stick with the original brand. Mix the oatmeal and let it cool so that it gets pasty. Once it is ready you will want to apply it like a facial mask. Leave the oatmeal on your face until it starts to harden. The reason for using oatmeal is to reduce the inflammation of your skin and it will drastically reduce the itchiness and redness.

Method #2 – Your going to love this method, and it’s sure to give your itchy dry facial skin the relief that it deserves. You will want to begin this method by cleansing your face thoroughly. The next step is to gently rub virgin coconut oil on your face. This is the tough part… Lay back and relax for approximately 10 minutes, and let the coconut oil go to work. You can relax a little longer if you choose to. Personally I like to listen to some soothing music on my iPod while the coconut oil is doing it’s job. Once you have relaxed a little – clean your face with luke warm water, then leather your facial area with a moisturizer. I have found that this method works best when you use it right before going to bed.

Method #3 – You can use an Indian spice powder known as turmeric. You should be able to find this spice in just about any health food store. Add a little of the spice to your tea (which you should be drinking) or you can add a little bit of it to your food. I recommend that you start out by using a little of it at first to see how your body reacts to it. You can also add a teaspoon of turmeric with a half cup of olive oil and add it to your bath for a nice soothing and skin conditioning affect. The olive oil will work as a natural moisturizer and the turmeric serves as an anti-inflammatory.

Method #4 – This is a simple and affective method that was shared with me by someone on twitter. I was amazed at the results that they had received from something so simple. You will need to pour some milk into a bowl filled with ice cubes. Let the milk sit for a few minutes to allow it to chill. Take some gauze pads and dip it into the milk and place it on the affected area on the face. You should repeat this method two to three times a day. There you have it four simple and affective methods that will have your face eczema healthy in no time. I do however recommend that you do not jump in feet first and try to use all four methods at the same time. Start off using one and see how it works. You can start out choosing any method that you like it really doesn’t matter. You should also note that the above methods will work on all types of eczema not just face eczema.
